The hotel has been recently renovated and is impeccably clean. the staff are well-trained and always there to help. Its central location is convenient, being close to other Hyatt Regency properties and many attractions in Mumbai.

The hotel was just off the international airport terminal, all 5star nr airport and the other restaurants thanks to its great and stunning location. Everything was great, exceptionally good and beautiful room with good mattress for calm sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and recommend it to all. The restaurant was very nice for dinner, we ordered simple dishes. A safe box and a kitchen area were good.

Staff is very friendly, attentive and polite. Paying a little extra for the Club Room gives you access to Regency Lounge, complementary breakfast, free Internet and ride to the airport. Worth it for any business traveler. Proximity to Mumbai's international airport is very practical.

I still can't get used to the room design, especially the bathrooms. But that's not to say it is not comfortable. Price of Internet access is still over priced for my liking, but that's for most 5 star hotels in India.

The hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Very good food, exceptionally comfortable beds, lovely pool - an all round excellent hotel. My wife and I also had massages in the spa which were again incredibly good.

The beds were extremely comfy, the rooms were reasonably large for triple occupancy instead of the roll away bed, everything was first-class. The breakfast was delicious and savoury with excellent tasty food and also so many cuisines & other stuff, and the pool bar was a plus. It was conveniently located to California.
